The Archangels Prayer

Poetry No Comments »

When I wonder, I reflect that the human race is extremely fortunate to have with them the constant and unconditional love and support from the Angelic Realm. All we need to do is to call upon them, and there they are each time without failure! The Angels gain happiness from our spiritual progress, and they are very excited at the prospect of helping us through that.

On September 2, 2010, I was given this prayer by Archangel Haniel and the other Archangels to share with as many as possible. This is a very powerful prayer that calls upon all the Archangels to help you in your field of expertise. Saying this prayer twice a day, once on waking up and second before going to sleep should be most effective and will protect you during the night, and make the days much more fulfilling.

Please share this with as many people as you can, as by doing that you shall spread the word of the Angels and they shall sing for you!

This prayer can be copied or redistributed without permission.

THE ARCHANGELS  PRAYER

In the blessed Hour of Thine, Oh Lord!

Which is one with thine eternal source

Of love, protection and blessings.

The Blessings you bring through me

Oh Archangel Chamiel, to give me love boundless,

To help me find anything dear lost and mend my relationships.

I thank you in full faith.

And with Archangel Gabriel’s influence,

I can clearly communicate and I free fear

From it’s grip on me, and in the Angelic light I see,

My glorious Angels always guiding me.

In the glory of God, Archangel Haniel, I praise thee

For the Divine Grace with which you inspire me;

And in all actions and paths I take,

Making me an embodiment of grace.

Of inspiring Divine Wisdom to work through me,

For helping me heal myself and forgive all who hurt me.

In my home, and my workspace and everywhere else I go;

And Thank You for taking pollution away from us,

And miles and miles of health and vitality.

And seeing as far as I can see,

For awakening the spiritual awareness within me

And helping me cope with the World with glee.

From all things evil, and continuously guides us

On the Beautiful Path of my Life Purpose with Courage and Ease.

Thank You Archangel Raguel for making all things fair,

As I am fair and just to all, the same justice is done unto me.

Thank You for my Harmonized Relationships!

With a million thanks, Oh! Archangel Raphael, I invoke thee!

For helping me heal myself and for others working as a channel

Of Divine Healing in my spiritual path of practice

When a journey we make to explore this World.

Thank You Archangel Raziel for channeling through me,

An understanding of spiritual teachings easily;

And assisting me in successful thought manifestation and positive alchemy.

With your music, Oh! Beloved Archangel Sandalphon,

You take away all fear and worries so gracefully!

Thank You for your priceless work, and healing music played through me!

Thank you for your shining light, Archangel Uriel!

Have you been waiting to die?

“Such things have been revealed to me that now all I have written appears to my eyes as of no greater value than straw”. So spoke St. Thomas Aquinas, the “Prince of Scholastics” in answer to his secretary’s anxious urgings that the Summa Theologiae be completed.

- pg 189 of Autobiography of a Yogi – Yogananda Paramahansa

And the Summa Theologiae was never completed, for greater insights and greater wisdom, as compared to knowledge had unfolded before St. Thomas Aquinas in a revelation during a Mass in a Naples Church in the year 1273, and he had left the masterpiece incomplete. St. Thomas Aquinas had rejoiced in the greater wisdom which had broadened his perspective in life.

Most of us, I dare say, are slaves of our own lives and we live  to survive till the inevitable death.  How many of us really question the things that we do in life? Why do we do what we do? Why does each person have to dress up for the rat race and end up being the hamster rolling the wheels?
An average infant is grown up by her parents with more emphasis on “killing the competition” than exploring the love and equality in all. And later they rejoice when a few thousand other children all over the world cry because their daughter has been admitted into  the most prestigious academic institution of the country!
The child spends years drilling through books that stab creativity, teach of competition, promotes separatism and is all about being “better than the other” and “earning more than the other”. Ok Cool! But where does it go and when does it stop?
Now the grown up infant is the bitch in the corporate world with a million dollars to a private bank account, a thousand cigarettes ashed away into innocent lung-air sacs and a private jet to burn fuel.  Ok Cool! But where does it go and when does it stop?
It stops with death. And now!! [drumrolls]
The soul leaves the body and goes through a life review, and the question is “what did I learn in this lifetime?”
The answer is a sad one. Nothing substantial. The soul was too busy being a slave of the world, doing what was considered best for pleasure, but there was no real love, no real enlightenment. The soul is asked to go back down and try to evolve! The hole idea is to evolve as a soul till you merge with the original divinity that created everything.

And I hear some of you saying  ”Here’s SG with his soul bullshit again! I don’t believe in reincarnation crap man! It’s all here, and it’s now and I gotta live it dude, I gotta make it high man!”

Well, for all the young souls my solution to you is simple. You question this because you have not questioned yourself enough. If you are really interested in knowing the truth, you have to know it for YOURSELF and validate it for YOURSELF. Believing in anything if someone else told you to simply shows lack of integrity and self-esteem. Think about it. It kinda makes sense, doesn’t it?

This is THE most important question in life. If it is true that you are a soul and that you are reincarnated, then is it not the biggest truth in life? Does it not change everything?

For if you are a soul and are reincarnated, then wouldn’t you want to know what is the purpose of it all? And if you dig through theosophy, spiritual texts, symbologies, ancient mystery schools, etc. you would come to know the cosmic reality of things. You would know that we are all beings born out of the same material, which created life to experience itself. You would come to know that nothing in this universe is different from the other. Your cellphone, your emotions, the ant and the head on your hair, and you yourself, all of it is nothing but electrons!! A rock has a lower vibrational frequency of the electrons as compared to you, and you have a lower vibrational frequency as compared to Higher Beings. With an increase in vibrational frequency takes place evolution (Yes.. Crystals–>Plants–>Animals–>Humans–>Higher Beings–>Original infinite vibrational frequency of the First Creator) of the one undergoing evolution.

So, please think about this question. Think about what you are, and why you are what you are..

Yet, we are busy preparing for exams! Going to offices!

“Why does X get a promotion and I don’t”
“I will do 4 courses at a time, I will have greater market value!”
It is too depressing to even think about those things again.

Don’t get me wrong. It is important to go through all that you go through in life including the times when you faced the world and rose above your base emotions, when you proved yourself to yourself, when you showed how strong you were and that you could be better and better and better than before. That is because you have to climb a pyramid from the bottom of the pyramids and noone puts you there at the top.

You have to win against all odds, till you look through the victories, till you realise that this cannot be it! There has to be something more! Something more! One who is able to realise this, doesn’t become the weasel in the wheel and moves on to seek Higher wisdom and ends up asking oneself the questions of life and reincarnation, etc.

But isn’t asking those questions a matter of choice? Shouldn’t you ask them today? Even if I am bullshitting you, is it not even worth a thought? That you might be more than your body and this world might be more than trying to be better than someone else, and your mission might just be more than laughing and rejoicing while millions cry?
Ask yourself! What after death?

Ah! I remember those wonderful lines by the poet Thomas Gray:

“The boast of heraldry, the pomp of power,
And all that beauty, all that wealth e’er gave,
Awaits alike th’ inevitable hour:-
The paths of glory lead but to the grave.”

So I guess more important than spending 10000 man hours in front of text books or monitoring the movement of share prices on celluloid screens, would be to stop and ask. Wait! Why am I doing this? What does it lead to? Is this it? Is it really what I want? Is this really what this world is all about?

Science has acknowledged the presence of clairvoyants in the world. Clairvoyants are people who can see energy, can read your thoughts, see the real world, spirits, angels, etc. To them, the world is very different from how the 99%+ people see it. And anyone can become a clairvoyant through purposeful practice. And if such feats are possible, would you not achieve to get to that rather than wasting a life on trying to earn money, competing?

Money is not bad. But money comes to you! There is abundance of everything in the universe and there is a way to tap into it. There are documented saints of India who could materialize things out of thin air. There has been scores of documented psychics, healers who heal the gravest diseases with their thoughts, etc. Is it not more worthwhile to reach out to be one of those than spend sleepless nights worrying about what people have been thinking about you and if the new dress makes you look “sexy” enough?

And the entire blame is not on each individual. We have been cheated to, lied to and decieved by people in the world who have since ever wanted to take control. To prove this beyond contradiction please watch Zeitgeist the movie, or read the Secret History of the World by Jonathan Black. Is it more worthwhile to work to earn a charter which certifies you to be a Finance Professional or to first learn what is the REAL PURPOSE of a whole financial system in the world?

Roll the wheels!! Don’t live to die. Live to live.

Life can be exciting and rewarding if you want it to. IT almost always is. The question is what fits your definition of exciting or rewarding.

For one who knows the cosmic truth, things change. IF they don’t then stop running away. Live an enjoyable life with the small and big joys of life. Be with family, friends, enjoy that nice dinner, and play some loud music! Yet, do know what life is. Get your priorities straight!! Life is more than waiting to die.

‘Twas a time when…

Uncategorized 4 Comments »

‘Twas a time when the sun did shine,
And it filled:
The wide blue yonder with many a bird song;
The bosoms with green desires-
To vie with and soar like the white waves;
And to be the beloved ballad of bravery,
Which the rufous lips of the marooned mariner
Would never cease to sing

‘Twas a time when the angels did weep-
When the grass lost its greenishness,
To reddish gore and blackish blood;
The former- the cursed gore of heroes, who
Spilled or tried to spill the latter’s-
The beast’s blood-
Who smiled on overhearing the heroes’ dirges.
Yet:
‘Twas a time when men were men,
‘Twas a time when the heavens did acknowledge.

Yes: ‘twas a time when the amateur poet,
Wrote of nature, and of courage, and of songs-
For he had the power to articulate his world.
Oft when he espied the rising sun,
He would wish to be the mighty centaur;
And as he wished, he would write-
On wishes, and horses, and beggars
And seldom in unfortunate siestas,
Would see the future-present.

‘Tis a time and the sun doth shine,
But it inspires no lark to sing a stirring song.
A human heart which once had a desire:
To be brave, and which desiderated justice,
Now has a desire for green, and wishes to behold:
A castle of specie and a dying song:
To speak of money and of corrupt “systems”

‘Tis a time, and,
Angels do not weep.
The grass is not green.
Heroes do not die or fight to live like men;
The Devils haven’t changed- they keep smiling.

‘Tis a time when the amateur poet
Writes of dead men, and of politics, and of threnodies;
For he hath the power to articulate his world.
Oft when he descries the drowning sun,
He wishes to be the omnipotent octopus;
And as he wishes, he writes-
On wishes, and horses, and beggars.
And seldom in fortunate siestas,
Sees the golden past, and writes a new poem:
“‘Twas a time when….”

Pause, Rewind, Play

Letting Go, Life 3 Comments »

The complex life we lead today, has taken its present form by accepting a gift. A gift that was given to it by us! Life becomes, whatever we think that life can become. We are always controlling what our life becomes, which path our life takes and where does it stop.

In the midst of all this, most of us get carried away literally to wherever life takes us.
How often do you feel that you are not in control of your life?
If the answer to that question is not readily available with your consciousness in terms of a quantitative figure, here’s another question, the answer to which should come easier:

Are you in more control of your life now than you were say 7 years ago?
You should be able to arrive at an answer.
Many a times, the means are more important than the end, the jouney is more important than the destination, and all that hard work is more important than the precious resulting success.
Similarly, at times, questions are more important than the answers.
When you question yourself, you initiate a process engaging thoughts, belief systems and personal experiences, through which you try to conclude and justify an answer.
This, dear readers, is the process of learning. This…is how you learn and grow. This is how you evolve.
A question represents a need, a need to be answered. In fulfiling that need we learn how to fulfil that need.
Do you know that each day you are living life, just to arrive at death?
Can you accept that the purpose of life is to meet death?
Of course you cannot accept that!! Life has much more novelty.
This again shows that the journey is important and not the destination.
Now that it is, in my opinion, satisfactorily established that at times the means are more important than the end, let me explain to you the technique of Pause, Rewind and Play.
Pause life when you feel that it is getting slightly out of control. Remember that it is your life and you can change its course any time, and make it go in whichever direction you choose it to go. Remember that all that has already happened, whether good or bad, was a choice you made.
Accept that what has happened, has happened and since it has already happened and has become a referential point in time, it exists as absolute truth, and since it exists as absolute truth, it could not have happened in any other way!
Acceptance is very important. Once you accept, you can let go. When you accept, and when you let go, you start living in the present in the truest sense.
Time stops.
You make time stop.
It is then that you feel the wonder of life, which is always full of abundance of every form.
It is then that you feel the true nature of life, and its true constituents.
It is then that you learn to contemplate, you learn forgiveness and you learn love.
It is then that you start to see the light at the end of the tunnel ..
It is then that you thank for all that has happened in your life..
It is then that you start trusting the process and understand the importance of means over the end.
So press pause whenever you feel like.
Remember that you are in total control
Pause, Look Back, Let Go, Thank for what has happened and Resume..
While you pause, you rewind.
While you rewind your life, you re-wind your life..(The interpretation is to be made by you..Remember it is important to think and contemplate)
When you are satisfied with all that has happened, press play!!
Give this exercise a try now..
Close your eyes and think of somethig beautiful. Imagine all the loveliest things.. Imagine a life where everything is perfect and beautiful. Imagine a life where you are in the highest form of your expression. Imagine a life being nothing but yourself. Lastly, tell yourself that you have created this life before you. Smile. Absorb the peace that surrounds you. Contemplate and reflect on your life so far..
Do this in order to realise in more completeness, the elements of life, and the process of life.

Free Will and the stronger thought forms (The how and why of the law of attraction)

Law of Attraction, Letting Go, Spirituality 4 Comments »

The potency of the gift of Free Will bestowed upon us is often undermined. Not only is free will the single most powerful tool in the hands of a creationist for purposes of creation, but it is also a tool that can be used for protection of the self from all things and entities unwanted.

It is a powerful tool in the hands of a creationist because using this, the creationist is empowered to create a replica of his thought forms in the physical and other dimension planes. And this is achieved without any interference from other cosmic/human factors. Can you cite me an example when the free will of a soul is infiltrated and if the victim falls prey, it is not due to an acceptance of the deformation of the will upholding oneself? Yes, there are Karmic factors at play often at times, which might interfere with the manner of manifestation of a thought through the action of the creator. Yet, these factors are irrelevant for our discussion here.
In case you might say of uncontrollable actions of nature, the economy, and other such parameters of the macrocosmic origins, the true initiate knows that even the larger events are nothing but manifestations of a collective consciousness, which is pregnable by an individual to suit individual needs in the personal universe framework. And the soul concerned is as much a part of the collective consciousness, as there are others.

Hence, from this it can be deduced that free will operates on two levels in a fundamental explanation of things. The first level being personal free will, which acts exclusively as per one’s own conscious choices and thought forms, and the manifestation depends on the strength of those thought forms (which can be enhanced with conviction). And the second level is more inclusive of the macrocosmic influences in determining and shaping world events. This is merely a collection of individual free wills that come together to create larger than life thought forms which subsequently cause events on the world scale to affect many or all.

Yet, still it is an outcome of the free wills of persons. There could not have been a holocaust had strong will not been used by the Nazis. Mathematically, manifestation of thoughts is directly proportional to the mass of the thoughts. The mass of the thoughts is a product of the number of people creating that thought with the intensity of thoughts.
It is through the example of holocaust, that I wish to draw more light upon what free will really is and how simple it is, yet it is one of those universal truths that we do not grab easily because of our preconceptions and deep-lying contempt of the self and all things Divine, which is a result of years of negative programming by fundamentalists, objectivists and chauvinists who believe in the paradigm of “personal propaganda paramount”
The Nazis were chauvinists and fundamentalists who created the strong thought form that they were a superior race to the Jews. And! This was accepted by the majority of Jews. The thought forms created by the Nazis were strong enough to create fear in the hearts of the Jewish of their own identity. (This cut off the Divine connection with the self and they fell into the trap of negative programming. This world has had a history where the knowledgeable dominated the ones from whom this knowledge would often be suppressed.) Hence, the thought forms of suppression of the Jewish by the Nazis were much more stronger than the thought forms of liberation and rebellion by the Jewish. Again, note that the strength of thought forms is not determined by the number of people working behind those thoughts, but the collective strength of those thoughts in particular. The Nazi officials would strongly believe in their superiority and the inferiority of the Jewish, and the Jewish would feel timid, helpless and damned. Hence, by laws of Free Will and laws of energy, the stronger thought would manifest. There is no paradox anywhere for one who understand the laws of energy and thought manifestations.

So Free Will, is the application of the faculty of decision making and selecting from alternatives, by the force of choice. Nothing can penetrate your Free Will. The laws of Free Will are absolute and universal. Noone is ever a victim to anyone else. If one is considering oneself a victim of fate, world systems and other factors, it simply means that there is a strong information asymmetry and they do not know something which they need to know. All things are simple to comprehend, once you know the laws of the energy world. The physical world is nothing but a manifestation of the energy world.

Where do all things come from?
They come from thoughts.
What are thoughts?
Thoughts are energy.

Now that I have explained what Free Will is and how reality is a result of the manifestation of the stronger thought form (in case of contradicting thought forms) and all thought forms in case of non-contradictory thought forms, it is time to include more in this essay and reach out towards my purpose of creating this in the first place.

Using Free Will, and Free Will alone you can bend situations in your favour; you can be protected from all psychic/non-psychic attacks (psychic attacks are attacks on your emotions, mental state, etc. This is the definition relevant here. There are higher levels of truth, though); you can create the life of your choice.

Life presents you with a giant catalogue. All you have to do is pick and choose all that you want, and believe in it with enough conviction to manifest that thought. And this is nothing but an act of the free will. I have just disclosed some inner workings behind the “laws of attraction” and how they work.

Attraction works because of the law of Free Will! There is no God that is more powerful than you are. There is however a God, that is more self-realised than you are, and due to this that God is Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient, and Omnieverything. This, is also the true nature of each person, which we don’t readily realise or accept. Yet, that is a result of lack of contemplative thought. The initiate who dares to think beyond the boundaries of the petty material worldly thoughts and is able to break away from the chains of ego needs, reputation needs, etc. can see all of this very clearly.

If there is an all -knowing God, why would that God have preferences and judgments? Light and Dark are merely two sides of the same thing. One cannot exist without the other. And the whole purpose of life is to experience through creation, and to merge with the First Creator in the end.

And all can be achieved by Free Will, because that is how it works. As an independent soul, you are the creator of your own reality. You can choose to experience all that you want to have. Will to have it. Have a strong will. An underlying conviction, an unshakeable faith and strong determination is all that it needs to take to make thoughts manifest.

Remember, the stronger thought form feeds on the weaker ones. It is the survival of the fittest! Darwin was not entirely wrong you see.

So if you feel a lack of happiness, Will to be happy! If you want a hot girlfriend, Will it to happen! If you want more wealth, again the formula is the same.

May the light guide you to further knowledge as and when you are ready.

Meditation

Letting Go, Spirituality, Uncategorized 1 Comment »
“Meditation is not contemplation either because it is not thinking at all — consistent, inconsistent, crazy, sane. It is not thinking at all; it is witnessing. It is just sitting silently deep within yourself, looking at whatsoever is happening inside and outside both. Outside there is traffic noise, inside there is also traffic noise — the traffic in the head. So many thoughts — trucks and buses of thoughts and trains and airplanes of thoughts, rushing in every direction. But you are simply sitting aloof, unconcerned, watching everything with no evaluation.” – OSHO

Meditation, in simple words is the act of entering the inner realm, or the inner Universe that is your own sacred space. It is the way of shutting off all external influences on your mind, and gradually shutting the mind off too. Meditation can be seen as the peeling of an onion. There are different layers, that need to be removed one by one while meditating, to reach your inner core.

First is the layer of external distractions. By detachment from external distractions, you become free from the control of the world. Most people these days live a life where they are unknowingly controlled by the world. Let us consider the case of an average Indian housewife. She gets up in the morning early, because she has to get her kids ready for school. Then she makes the breakfast because she has to.Then she does the household chores because she has to. She might take a break from all this to go for a brief nap (Again, she has to. The body can’t take ceaseless work) only to realize that it’s lunch time! And then more work and then dinner and then sleep. So she doesn’t really live her own life in those period of 24 hours day in and day out. Yet most of them would be satisfied with this form of lifestyle, because they don’t realise the kind of day they have spent.

What world would unveil when this layer is peeled off?

There shall be great discomfort at first because the conscious mind and the physical body is not used to this kind of a treatment. It’s almost as if the person, living a robotic autopilot life is somehow asked to think about life and who the He/She really is..Hmmm..Well, that’s new, eh? would be the natural response of the brain. Not to mention, resistance arising out of deep seated habits of detachment from the real self. Yes, its painful at first.
The meditator can experience emotional outbursts, restlessness, etc. When this happens, one must let the emotions out and not hold it in. Cry, Shout, do what you feel like doing. This is a process of cleansing, and the purging away of deep laid unexpressed pent up emotions and other thoughts. Also common is the feeling of pain in certain body parts, which is again the cleansing away of cellular memories from past or present life. Finally some may experience headaches, dizziness, etc. This is because the crown chakra (more on chakras in another article) opens up to allow inflow of Divine energy into the body.
This entire process of cleansing through meditation can be compared to what happens when an old unused water hose is used again. A lot of dirt and garbage comes out before the water can start flowing..

Second is the layer of thoughts, and the constant chatter that goes on inside. Well, this is not an easy layer to peel off! It is a very advanced stage where you stop thinking. its a state of is-ness, where all there is is pure being. No thoughts.. Its almost like becoming an inanimate object. Like the river that just is..When in this state of meditation, the meditator experiences deep tranquility and understanding of who he/she really is. This is the state where you achieve soul consciousness, and you are aware of your true identity as a mere energy form. all things become one, and you feel like a million small bubbles of joy bursting out all over..You can hear the silent laughter within, one of joy and bliss.

Third is the layer of the inner world. As bizarre as this may sound, I believe there is a third layer to be peeled off. This layer to be peeled off to enter nothing-ness. Where there are no illusions. where the nothing is the everything, and everything really is nothing, as it is not beyond you. It is not beyond who or what you realise you are. You are the Alpha and the Omega. You are the God, and you are all there is. This is the stage of enlightenment, where you plunge into the Soul of the Universe, and you merge with the Soul of the Universe. Where all past, present and future of the Universe is open in front of you like a book. Where you are all people, and all rocks and all cell phones and all boxer shorts in the world! This is the stage of complete enlightenment.
And I was personally told by my Higher Soul in a session that “enlightenment can be achieved in one lifetime”..

So folks, meditation frees you.. From the inner world, from the world of thoughts, and finally from yourself. It is the only way of realising through experience, all that you are.

Till then,
Love and Peace,
SG

Life is a horse drawn carriage

Life stories 1 Comment »

She lay held up in her own arms on that saturday evening once more. The rain was mercilessly hitting her face, falling down like heavy pearls strung out of God’s necklace. The cars honking by weren’t helping either. Alone – the beach behind – noise ahead – rain above – and dry ground below.

Karen felt life was a way of God to mock on his pupils calling out : “Look jackass, there youare! Ha! And I’m God, and you’re not! Ha!”. Neither a reason, nor a reasoner would ever be able to prove otherwise to her. She had her reasons.

Life had betrayed her. When she thought she had control, she had lost it all and had instead become the one wearing the leash. When she had loved without conditions or reasons, she was laughed back at, scorned, thorned, juiced. Life was wrong and she was wronged.

Yet, for Karen, when she wanted to end it all, it would never be that easy. The difficulty would not be a fear of ending one life and beginning another. The difficulty would be caused by an inner voice that would disallow the act and call it ignoble. Karen would carry on.

Today she was down with liquor down in her spleen. Well, liquor – it goes down, and then it goes up and then it brings the suspect down. The suspect gives in to the temptations by either being successfully deceived with the “good times” label, or to rid oneself of the “bad times”. Doesn’t really work though. Karen was ashamed of herself, at having lost control again. Life was in tatters, days were like ocean waves on a fall.

And the fall is always greater with liquor substituting vitality.

With every touch of lacquer over the furniture the shine grows brighter, and the wood grows stronger. The same is true with people and circumstances. She was tough. She stood for herself and for her values. This fall however, had rid her of those values too. Karen had lost faith in herself and all that she stood for, by the continuous lack of control on herself.

And yet, she would not give up.

With all the strength she had left, she prayed. For mercy, for an understanding, for an explanation, for damnation, for salvation, for heaven, for hell. She just wanted it all to end. And she couldn’t do it on her own. She needed help.

And then there was a brain freeze :

Wait. Stop. She realised what she was doing. How could she be helped? There was no bigger superpower than herself. There was no proof. None at all. How would death help? Death would either induce oblivion and nothingness, or pass on to another life to suffer the same. It wouldn’t be any better, how could it be? All there was, was in the present moment of now. It was a decision to be made now. So Damn it! She said to herself that she would stand up one more time. The difference being, this time she WILL NOT fall. She would choose not to fall.

The wave had crashed, and crashed for good. It was to rise once again. And this time, if it falls So Be It! The wave has to fall in order to rise. The fall is natural and almost uncontrollable. The response to the fall, is however not. It is a conscious choice to make. This time, the choice being to be calm during the fall. Calm, quiet, understanding, waiting. Waiting to rise..Storing the experiences, gaining from them. Rising.

If she wouldn’t have lost control, she wouldn’t have known the novelty of being in control.
If she wouldn’t have been in darkness, she wouldn’t have appreciated the light.
Had the rain not fallen, there would be no warmth of drying up.

Karen went on to become a writer. A distinguished person, a unique personality. She went on to become Karen. And one day she wrote:

“The nascent bud comes out of the seed, to grow into a leafy tree with hundreds of branches. And it takes time for the tree to grow. Life is a series of events, and the course is set by our choices to those events. One, and many. We make wrong choices. We must make wrong choices to know what right choices are. Life is a horse drawn carriage. It carries us distances. Until we learn to tame the horses while we travel. Life is to tame your horses. But it takes time. Destiny is set out for us till we learn to tame our horses. And we make our destinies when we learn to tame our horses. Life is simple. It’s rising and falling waves. Until you learn to surf. And it takes time.”

Chalks of Blocks, blocks of wood

Poetry, Songs 2 Comments »

Chalks of blocks, blocks of wood;
Puppets in line, no thoughts for food.
Solitary, unchanged, polite and quiet,
They hold guns in their hands, ready for a riot;
Of the Self with the Self, but I ask how?
Isn’t movement needy for a row?

How are we any different than them soldiers?
Our guns to defend our integrity, do we fire often?
No movement. No action. No fear. No passion
No result, no cause and no resulting effect.

The silence of the animated masses swayeth me!
Words of disquiet, to each his own,
No corroboration can I in actions see.

Of ceaseless unimportance are these words
For the thought is not yet complete.
Chalks of blocks, blocks of wood;
Puppets in line, no thoughts for food.

Be one with your own.
Be one with the all!
Speak for your own, yet speak for all!
When man manages this feat,
It will be a new dawn of hope and peace.
Chalks of blocks, and blocks of men
Firing guns, for another AMEN!

Such is the complexity of the human mind,
Like the elf, who had no grain to grind.
Be free in simplicity and live one with all
To each his own, be on your own.

One with the present.

One with the past.

One with one and one with all.

And then the firing stops,
and chalks dissolve with the blocks;
And the rainbow colors flood in
The colors of one and all.

The song of passion

Poetry, Songs 1 Comment »

The breath of my music,
To draw up to me
An upsurge of emotions,
To set me free

The lemon-fragrance of existence
The pearl-green leafy dew,
A mixture of reflexes
The call to a chosen few

A part of existence,
Is aloof from the world;
Watching from a distance,
The moon singing songs to a dove.

Smiles that touch the emotions,
Tears that cut right through,
Words once out, never retraced,
The rhythm of a few

These are the passions,
Theses are the songs,
Many leaves dance as one,
Many others are long gone.

Letting go of the ego

Letting Go No Comments »

3:33 PM, 06/08/2010 in the British Council Library

Letting go is one of the most important developments that a walker of the spiritual path needs to learn. The path is the path to self knowing and illumination. The path to possible enlightenment.
Among others, ego needs to go first..
Ego, of any form is very dangerous and incapacitating. It is the small pebble that comes in from the air and hits the mountain of efforts raised till date to cause the avalanche that leads to the downfall of the spiritual enthusiasm. The very presence of ego shows the incomplete desire to be free from oneself and from the desires of being noticed, appreciated and admired by others.
If you still have the desire to be appreciated by others, and your activities are centred around that, you cannot attain freedom or liberation, as you are but going in the very direction where walking requires your back turned against your destination. So you must decide. Are you in the game to be appreciated, or are you in it to be in it? If you are in the game to be appreciated, then you might not as well decieve, demean and cheat yourself. Or you might as well stop walking the path and start playing soccer.
One who seeks freedom has to be free from bondages, from artificial means of energy intakes like accolades by others, etc.
It now strikes me, that one must fuly comprehend what one is after before leaping into the well. It is about intelligent evaluation of the wants and desires of the person. Do you really want enlightenment, to merge with the cosmos, to know the ultimate reality? If yes, then why?

(I want enlightenment because I am able to fully see the illusions everywhere, the lack of happiness, the artificial lives which people lead, the fake smiles that they illuminate their faces with, the businesses which cheat away your money and where people do things without knowing or understanding anything. People do not und

erstand the true meaning of love and they have become totally non-contemplative in nature. I am speaking of the majority of the world >90% of the world. There are very few who contemplate, yes! Still, it is true that a transformation is needed for me to be satisfied with the world I live in. Because once I have seen these fallacies and shortcomings, I cannot live to accept it and be a part of it. It’s like piracy. People know it is stealing but they still do it. If you do piracy, then you are a THIEF! Yet you have a shield around your ears that prevent such words from entering and you block out the reality of things. I am tired of blocking out the reality. I am not accepting the ways of the world. It enrages me at time, this world. Yet, the problem is if I turn red in anger, I am not following the path to enlightenment! You see it is difficult. Continuing on the subject matter, a transformation is desired. If a transformation does not take place with the world, it shall take place with me. Because this I have seen, there is great understanding in the meditative sessions, in the null and void, in the emptiness of everything. I wish to attain that understanding.)

And if after enough contemplation, your answer is in the affirmative, then please be true to your integrity and see yourself as important in your own eyes. Look up to yourself and don’t let yourself do wn by straying away from the path.
With the disappearance of ego, half the problems of walking the path would go away.
